Express to impress him...

Where There is Love there is Life ~ Mahatma Gandhi Quote.
The season of Love is just arrived. Some might have planned ahead to book some of the overflow restaurant or willing to stand for hours in queue to get a place.
When you can cook so many flavorful dishes. Bring the ambience in your cozy home, certainly with the dish you and your family love. You can impress your soul mate with your Lovely dishes. My Valentine day spirit is Pink, Red and Chocolate. Two different hearts concoctions to delight sweet and savory flavor!
Entrée:
The heart shaped bread slightly toasted and spiced up with the mixture of mayo, chili, tomato and cilantro.

Dessert:
My dessert is a chocolate brownie whipped up with raspberry mousse, inspired by nestle recipes.

 Brownie mix: one packet
Walnut: chopped ¼ cup (I added)
Follow the packet direction for cooking.

Once baked cool it for at least one hour. Cut it in any shape, but heart would be appropriate for the Valentine Day.

Mousse:
Cream cheese: softened 8 ounce
Raspberry: 3/4 cup slightly mashed
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Powdered sugar: ¾ cup
Whipping cream: 1/3 cup

Refrigerate the mixing bowl for couple of hours. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence together. Add the cream and beat until it forms a soft peak, fold the raspberry in the mousse.
Whip the brownies with the mousse and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Bread: cut into heart shape
Slightly brush with olive oil and toast it in the oven.

Mayonnaise spread:
Mayo (light): 3 tbsp
Tomato: Chopped 1 tsp
Chili red: Chopped ½ tsp
Cilantro: ½ tsp
Mix the tomato, chili and cilantro in the mayo and spread over the toast.
Mayo can be substitute with whipped cream cheese or sour cream.

Didn't find any cupid around so my cute putty was the substitute!

The sweet and savory hearts go heartfully to “creative Pooja-Valentine’s Day”.

Happy Valentine Day!
