Coming up to my Three bean salad recipe, if you are lazy or don't have time, go with canned beans of your choice!
Three bean salad would be great for summer time. Past few weeks, the green garbanzo is available in the market; I always toss them in any salad or sometimes in gravy. Much healthier when they are eaten right away.
Three Beans Salad Ingredients
Garbanzo dried: soaked overnight and cooked: 1 /2 cup
Kidney beans dried: soaked overnight and cooked: ½ cup
Fresh green garbanzo: ½ cup
Onion: 2 tbsp diced
Celery: sliced thinly, 2 tbsp
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Lemon juice: ½ lemon
Salt: ¼ tsp or per ur taste
Whisk together until they re well blended.
Mix in all the beans, onion and celery and toss with vinaigrette. Can be refrigerate or eaten right away.
Great for picnic in summer time!
