Not only the yellow-orange fruit is pretty attractive, the aromatic smell invites you to pick some of them when you shop. Yes, i am talking about Mango magic! I never tried to cook a ripe mango, like any other fruit, I love to eat them right away and enjoy the natural flavor.
When we were kids, we just take some ripe mango slice as side dish for our favorite Curd rice. It simply delicious way to eat these fruits… But...
Meeta thinks this exotic fruit; can be devoured in delicious way other than scooping out the flesh! Yes, this month “monthly mingle” is just to honor this beauty Queen (mango): Mango Mania!
Vegetarian: try to substitute with tofu or Paneer!

Never heard of this Combo Cham..I too love to eat mango with curd rice...Looking delicious!!!
MM Shrimps n Mango..I love both Cham..I hardly cook fish cos Vikram doesnt like them..Am drooling over the pic..
Div.V & Kamala Same thing here, my son and husb just ran away if they see shrimp! He hate the smell of fish too.. But, i just grew up eating seafood in everyday basis, Hope u and Kamala too :)

i love love love shrimp and fish....mu hubby doesnt like shrimp that much until recently, we had buffalo shrimp and he loved it soooooo much....grilled mango shrimp sounds gr8...i really hope to make it sometime soon :)..looks delicious cham...

Not a seafood fan but it sure looks & sounds yum, Cham! Hubby, on the other hand, could eat fish & other seafood everyday! He'd love this for sure! :)
