Mango lassi and achievement

This post is dedicated to honor my little niece who received a London Student Awards 2008.
OudayaNandhini. R (Nandhu as we all call her), 14 years teen, attending Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College for girls, UK, won the competition. She received the prestigious London Student awards for “Art & Design”. Well, she beautifully represented the multicultural environment and spoke out her thoughts through her art that won the judges heart!

Check out her picture & interview, which has been published in her town, here.

Congrats & Well Done!

We are proud of your achievement Dear! I wish all the Best for your future and educational pursuits!

As promise, I am posting to treat you virtually by your favorite Lassi. Here you go with my recipe.

Mango lassi

Ingredients:

Yogurt: 1 cup
Mango pulp: ½ cup
Milk: ¼ cup
Sugar: 2 tsp

Blend the entire ingredient together. Voila, you have ur glass of Mango Lassi.

I enjoyed my glass, tell me what do you think? Huh?

For my regular visitor, I am not sending to any event this drink as the post is dedicated to my niece.
