Have a dose of little Mango Halwa on this special day. As this blog is for dummy and amateur, the complicated laborious halwa is created in microwave under 7 minutes for dummy!
Yield: Less than ¼ cup of halwa so please try to quadruple if you have a sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
Tin Mango pulp: ½ cup – Can be replace with fresh mango pulp in season
Sugar: ¼ cup
Ghee: 1 tsp
Green Cardamon: 2 pods powdered
Nuts: 1 tsp broken into small pieces (totally Optional)
Mix the mango pulp and sugar in microwave safe bowl. Set the microwave for 7 minutes in high and cook, mixing every two minutes. After 6 minutes add the ghee and nuts and cook the last one-minute. Done you have a shiny mango halwa but only 3 tbps which is absolutely terrific!
The quantity yield only less than 1/4 cup approxim 3 tbsp + so feel free to quadruple or triple!
