Bon Anniversaire!

Today marks the First Year Anniversary since Spice-club has been launched. Wow, it has been such an excited and terrific year. I would like to thank all of you who stopped by and left pretty much a decent encouragement note! Very Special Thanks to Sailu of TOI through I have met some talented bloggers and truly charming people in this virtual world.
Result, I ended up growing my RSS list in my reader. I appreciate your quality comments /suggestions and truly welcome your warm visit.
I have learnt a lot through out my food journey, visiting your blogs, improved my photography skills and technical stuffs.
Naturally I have been through some highs and lows, which have highly reflected in 127 posts. I have participated in many events, won prize, collected few bunch of awards, tags…

Big thank for my Husband who never ever followed any of my post. He has been the best food critic so far and even was bold enough to taste some of my creation before been captured by my camera. Finally few words in my language for my Dear family and friends…

Bisous,
Cham.

Have a dose of little Mango Halwa on this special day. As this blog is for dummy and amateur, the complicated laborious halwa is created in microwave under 7 minutes for dummy!

Yield: Less than ¼ cup of halwa so please try to quadruple if you have a sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

Tin Mango pulp: ½ cup – Can be replace with fresh mango pulp in season
Sugar: ¼ cup
Ghee: 1 tsp
Green Cardamon: 2 pods powdered
Nuts: 1 tsp broken into small pieces (totally Optional)

Method:
Mix the mango pulp and sugar in microwave safe bowl. Set the microwave for 7 minutes in high and cook, mixing every two minutes. After 6 minutes add the ghee and nuts and cook the last one-minute. Done you have a shiny mango halwa but only 3 tbps which is absolutely terrific!

The quantity yield only less than 1/4 cup approxim 3 tbsp + so feel free to quadruple or triple!

Sending this Microwave Halwa to MEC-Halwa created by Valli

This sweet is reaching to EFM-Sweet hosted by Srilekha.

This Halwa is reaching Mitr 's sweet series event, Thanks Myt to let me know!

A Toast to- another Year of blogging to come...

Thanks,

Cham.
