Classic Chicken 65

Thinking about spicy and easy food. My chicken 65 came up on my mind. It would be very appropriate to post and starting with something spicy. I can bet from little to adult they will love it and pretty easy to prepare it. The good thing, u can prepare ahead of time and refrigerate and when you’re ready you just need to deep fry. No hassle of wondering what to cook for dinner or lunch. Let's go and discover the ingredients first.

To marinate

Chicken (cut into bite size pieces): 1 lb

Ginger Garlic paste: 1tsp

Chili powder: 2tsp (use less or more according your spice taste

Turmeric powder: a pinch
Corn flour (white): 3 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp
One Egg slightly beaten
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Red food color: few pinches (optional)
Oil to deep fry

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken and drain any water out. Beat the egg and put all the dry ingredients and mix with chicken. Try to marinate at least for 4 hours in refrigerator. I know it is a long time for busy people.
Take the marinate and deep-fry the chicken and Voila!
Cannot wait to resist it right!

aunty, i think u shud open a new section in ur website called party planner. Ppl can ask you to prepare a list of items parthey can make on a specified ty. They should give details on the type of ppl (north/south indian)so u knw wat they will like. They can also tell you what sort of party it is (baby shower/ new yr party, etc.) so you can plan a list of items for hem. this way, u can help ppl out and also add new recipes for parties.
