The Chettinad cuisine is well known for the spicy, fresh masala. I guess, everyone would have tasted the Chettinad Chicken once, which is very popular dish! If you google it , you will definitely come across many recipes on the net. The Karaikudi (Chettinad) cuisine is very famous for the non - vegetarian dishes. If you have already visited any Chettinad restaurant, they serve some amazing Chettinad thali (Veg & non-veg). All the dishes are fiery which we love it :)
Bored of same egg curry, kurma, and i tried to experiment this egg curry, which turns into an amazing treat for spicy palate.
Important Note: If your spice level is low, better not to try this dish!

For the Chettinadu chicken recipe , just add 1/4 coconut to the masala to be grind and double the amount of spices or check my other post.
