Mint Julep

Mint(pudina) is a perennial plant and widely used in the culinary world. The mint has been considered as a perfect aid to digestion, cold /cough, and much more to be listed. My mint plant is more than 3 years old… In winter, I bring back indoor in small pot and I would say better to grow in pot than garden. It spreads easily and invades all over….

Small amount is sufficient to flavor your favorite dish. My blog patrolling for mixed drink has ended in Baking History. I tried the refreshing Mint Julep; it was such a pleasant drink. Check out the original Mint Julep recipe. The MBP originaly started by Coffee and hosted this time by Sig.
As far as I know, Mint Julep is a mixed alcoholic drink or cocktail. Traditional method of making is bruising the mint leaves, bourbon, sugar, and water.
Note: Only thing i changed from her recipe: I used less amount of mint because it was fresh .
